Why there are no purchases, cancellations, or refunds on the Medwice corporate website.
1. No transactions on this website
Medwice.com is a corporate information website. It does not currently accept orders, bookings, subscriptions, or payments. Because no transaction is completed on this website, there is no Medwice corporate-site purchase to cancel or refund.
2. QuickDoze and other products
Orders or bookings placed through QuickDoze or another Medwice product are governed by the refund and cancellation policy displayed by that product at the time of the transaction. Product policies may vary based on medicine restrictions, prescription status, lab-provider rules, appointment timing, fulfilment status, and applicable law.
3. Payment concerns
For a product transaction, use the support channel shown in that product and include the relevant order or booking reference. Do not send payment card numbers or sensitive health records to Medwice’s general corporate email.
